Roy Parker, Ph.D.

Roy Parker, Ph.D., is a scientific co-founder of Faze Medicines and a pioneer in the study of RNP granules, a class of condensates, and their role in neurodegenerative disease. In addition to his work at Faze, Dr. Parker is the Cech-Leinwand Endowed Chair of Biochemistry at the University of Colorado Boulder and is also a professor of chemistry and biochemistry.

Dr. Parker received his Ph.D. in genetics from the University of California, San Francisco. He was a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
